3. Healthcare Provider Requirements
3.1 Eligibility
The clinical portal is available only to licensed healthcare providers (MD, DO, ND, DC, NP, PA, RD, or equivalent).
3.2 Provider Responsibilities
- Use the portal only for legitimate patient care purposes
- Maintain the confidentiality of patient information
- Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations including HIPAA
- Ensure patients provide informed consent before ordering
4. Patient Information
Flore products are available only through licensed healthcare providers. We do not test stool samples directly—providers bring us completed microbiome test results from any lab. Our products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
5. Ordering and Payment
- Orders may be cancelled before production begins for a full refund
- Orders in production or shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded
- Damaged or defective products will be replaced at no charge
6. Limitation of Liability
Flore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes from our products.
